Personally, I am relatively privileged in that I can do my work +be surrounded by supportive fellow trans and queer people. But I still dealt w a lot of transphobia in the past, being bullied etc. Being a queer youth wasn‘t easy. So, this slogan isn’t to say that you should just take anything that’s thrown at you. Just, try to stick around, it gets better.
